2025 Winter Conditioning & Batting Cages

Keep your kids active this winter while building baseball skills, teamwork, and fitness! Open to boys and girls of all skill levels, this free program is a great way to prepare for spring baseball.

Program Details

• Open Gym: Bring a glove and water bottle (all other equipment provided).
• Batting Cages: Bring a bat, glove, and water bottle.

Open Gym Schedule

Location: Avalon Elementary School Gym (enter through the auditorium side door)

• Ages 4-6 (T-Ball): 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Ages 7-8 (Instructional): 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Ages 9-12 (Minor and Major): 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Dates:

• February 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
• March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

Batting Cages

Location: Northgate High School

• Ages: 6-12
• Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Day: Every Friday until February 28th
